Lahinch Refurb

Lahinch

This 1970's house had been extended and extended till it made no sense. A new centrally located stairs hall now makes the circulation work. The roof profile has been streamlined and reroofed in slate. A series of interconnecting rooms leads to an open West facing kitchen facing the Atlantic. Upgrading works include proper internal insulation and airtightness.  The dated Spanish arches to the front have been removed for replastering and eventual recladding in local Liscannor stone. Currently at completion stage , July/ Aug 16
