The County Library in Ballinamore, Co .Leitrim brings together functions previously located in different buildings, including Main Library lending, Local Studies and Archiving, into one building.
Local community functions such as display, general meetings, exhibitions and receptions also take place in the new library space. Inspired by libraries of old where books line the walls, the books and the shelving at Ballinamore Library form an integral part of the overall building design concept.
