Mountjoy Square

This once nearly derelict Georgian house has been brought back to its former glory. Containing some magnificent plasterwork, the building was in a dire state with the roof about to cave in and the rear walls bowing out. The first phase included necessary engineering and conservation works to the roof and walls in order to prevent further collapse. Ceilings and mouldings were restored and the rear annex roof was converted to a West facing roof terrace. The owners now have a building they happily work, live and entertain in.
