This semi detatched 1960's house underwent a deep retrofit with a side, rear and attic conversion. As the rear extension was facing North, the celing height was angled upwards to gain more light and space whilst reducung the rear levels gained even more space. An open arrangemnet to the rear hides a behind the kitchen utility/ pantry and dowstairs WC. Full height glazing and remote high level clearstory windows to the rear bring in as much light as possible, whilst high levels of inusalation , airtightness and underfloor heating create a cozy atmosphere.
