Work is flying along in Co Clare where the existing house has been re-roofed with 4,200 new slates, new roof profile and chimney with larger gable windows facing East, new hall way with access to the upper bedrooms. The kitchen is taking shape with new lowered bulkhead and new openings to the West and views. The neighbour has taken down his hedge and now the view is breathtakingly clear to Liscannor. Roof works also completed include new insulation, wall insulation, pumped cavity, high output rads from Heating Distributors and floor insulation. The hall way has been opened up now in the centre of the house, awaiting a new feature staircase…. Watch this space!
